 SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time is about 3-6 business days for most products. For customized orders such as LED Module, LED Display and special LED tools or components, the processing time need longer time. The time will be in 20-35 days of new production after receiving your first deposit. Please pay attention to your email or messages online to know your order schedules from us. support@led-card.net

In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays).

COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship. Please pay attention to your email or messages online to know your order processing status from us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Remark: The tracking information will become available 1-3 business days after fulfillment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

LED-Card.Net Shop is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage. LED-Card.net Shop reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

LOST PARCELS

LED-Card.net Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package never reach you after 90 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package again as soon as possible.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the import process. LED-Card.net Shop is not responsible for any charges related to customs clearance. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding applicable duties and taxes.
